CaMSA Makes Large Material Donation to Vincentian Social Workers

Last week, Trinity's Canadian Medical Student Association (CaMSA) made a large delivery of supplies (clothing, gifts, toiletries, etc.) to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital social work department. The group was, as always, graciously welcomed by a department representative, social worker Kevan Glasgow.

Trinity School of Medicine 5th Term Students Join World Pediatric Project in St. Vincent Ophthalmology Mission

In the first week of March, the World Pediatric Project returned to St. Vincent, this time for an ophthalmology clinic. The WPP trip, the third for 2017 thus far, brought another group of the NGO's seasoned specialists to the island nation's Milton Cato Memorial Hospital. As is usually the case, a group of Trinity's 5th term students were there to assist, observe, and learn.

Trinity School of Medicine's CaMSA Chapter Provides Necessary Supplies to Mental Health Facility

 While a majority of Trinity's student body is training for a career back in the US and Canada, the school and students have embraced their part of the St. Vincent community. The Canadian Medical Student Association (CaMSA)'s latest event proved the roots are only growing deeper.

Trinity teams up with the Pan American Health Organization to provide Advanced Cardiac Life Support Training

The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) collaborated with Trinity School of Medicine in St. Vincent and the Grenadines to offer the Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification to medical personnel at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.
